About the KMT McCartney State of the Art LDPE Facility

KMT McCartney LDPE Products are manufactured in a 150,000 square foot, World Class Facility located in Baxter Springs, KS (USA) which also houses the global headquarters for the entire KMT Waterjet division.
In recent years, the KMT facility has undergone multiple improvements from process flow changes to capital investment in new machining equipment to world class precision testing and inspection equipment.
KMT McCartney's dedication to providing the highest precision pumps, components and parts to the LDPE industry is reflected with pride shown in our modern facility and in our 180+ highly skilled employees.
KMT McCartney features the World's Best Waterjet Technology and Lab Center
The KMT Waterjet facility dedicates a substantial amount of floor space for the engineering and testing of McCartney pumps and LDPE components to insure delivery of a quality and precision product to our customers. (KMT McCartney PMH & PF-1 Plus Pump Manufacturing and Assembly)

KMT Waterjet and McCartney LDPE have an extensive parts inventory ready for immediate delivery.
The KMT facility utilizes cutting edge precision equipment and processes to manufacture McCartney LDPE pumps, parts and components: • Okuma Multi-Function Lathes and Milling Centers • Gun Drilling and Deep Hole Drilling 41/16" to 2-5/8" diameter 4Up to 48" deep • Vertical and Horizontal Honing Machine - with capacity up to 6-1/2" diameter • Lapping capability to one (1) Light Band • Tungsten Carbide Hyper Compressor Plunger Outside Diameter Grinding up to approximately 4" in diameter by 42" in length within 1-2 RMS • Auttofrettage capability up to 150,000 PSI
